Help from a Librarian

Wendt Commons Library's Services Desk has a Reference Desk at one end that is staffed by librarians during the day. See hours below. The Services Desk is staffed by student assistants in the evenings and weekends. Librarians are generally available Monday through Friday, 7:30am until 6:30pm. If you need a librarian's help and the Reference Desk is closed, please talk to staff at the Services Desk about options and the availability of a librarian.

Consultation

Do you have an in-depth research question? Would you like to work with a librarian in private? Do you want to talk to the librarian who taught your class?

Our librarians are happy to help you find and learn the best research databases for your subject, efficiently navigate services such as Article & Book Delivery and Refworks, and any other research questions you have.

Contact us to make an appointment today!

We offer special services to UW faculty, graduate students, and researchers. See our library liaisons page for more details.
