Who can use tethered software?
Tethered software can only be activated by someone with a CAE login.
When?
Install software now, and run it later.
Where?
- Option #1: Map a network drive (Works best with fast internet connection).
- Option #2: Most CAE tethered software can be accessed on Wendt Library computers.
What is and isn't tethered software?
- Also known as "client/server licensing"
- Most tethered software is also available from CAE computers.
- Some tethered software is ONLY available by mapping a drive - it is not available on CAE computers.
- Non-tethered software is ONLY available from CAE computers.
